Often the holidays are a time when over-eating is not only encouraged but expected. It’s easy to get caught up in what seems to be a never-ending smorgasbord of rich and decadent foods, and forget about your health. Then January arrives with a whole new set of expectations… get in shape, lose some weight, spend more time in the Word. Living Word’s 21-Day All-Church Fast is a great way to get back on track and jump start the new year. Fasting has amazing spiritual and physical benefits. It draws you closer to God, gives perspective, and boosts your health. We have different types of fasts ranging from easy to advanced. We encourage you to consider joining us; find a friend to fast and pray with. It will be a time of rebuilding our temple, as well as a time of shifting us on the inside and positioning us to receive all that God has already provided.*
We have scriptures for you to confess each week that we as a church are standing on.

Fast with Pastors Scot and Holly
Pastors Scot and Holly are doing the Wheat Belly Fast. This is a good fast option for beginners. You can eat all you want (including meat); you just have to avoid wheat and sugar and limit carbs. You can download the fasting plan below which includes meal ideas, tips and scriptures.*
Fast with Pastors Jason and Kelli
Pastors Jason and Kelli are recommending a Keto Fast with intermittent Juice Fasting. Basically, the plan is no grains or sugar and less than 50 grams of carbohydrates per day. The Juice Lady’s Juice Fast
