We’re building a community that is steadfast in seeking the presence of God, building relationships, and becoming better versions of ourselves. If you love to grow and you’re not perfect, come grow with us!

In 2026, our motto is Climb Higher. As a ministry and as individuals, we are aiming to be better than we’ve ever been before, to be closer to God, and to become a beacon of light in Arizona.

Every Tuesday at 6:30pm at the Gilbert Campus.

Cultivate Leader

Pastor Ben Lawrence

Ben Lawrence is a husband to Victoria, and the father of three kids. He serves as the Cultivate young adult pastor, lead graphic designer, and communications manager at Living Word. With a goal of helping young adults and teens understand the Bible, God, and themselves at a deeper level, Ben believes in the power of laughter and open communication to foster better connections and a greater love for others. He’s been teaching about communication for ten years and ministering at Living Word for five.
