IT’S THAT TIME OF YEAR AGAIN!

We have so much in store for our youth this summer! Camp is an incredible time for our youth to disconnect from the world, disconnect from social media, and grow their relationship with Jesus. It’s a time of friendship, community, and fun. Each day is full of activities that will encourage students to enjoy the outdoors and work as a team, whether it be an obstacle course or a starlit hayride. Our youth will also enjoy multiple services taught by powerful pastors, gathering to worship, pray, and experience the love of Christ.

We are so stoked to be at Emmanuel Pines campgrounds again this year! Camp is from May 30th to June 2nd and is for Junior High (6th grade to 8th grade) and High School students (9th grade to 12th grade). Both camps will be running at the same time, at the same campgrounds.
Our youth will be reminded and encouraged of the strength that goes before them! Amen!

As always, we will bus our youth to and from the campgrounds where they will stay in cabins and have meals provided for them. It is optional to purchase snack cards they can use on snacks outside of the food that is given to them at the dining hall. Camp T-Shirt purchases are also optional.

We can’t wait to spend time away as a church community! Relationships will be built, fun will be had, and most importantly, God’s word will be shared. Can’t wait to see you there!

God sent His only begotten Son to die — for us. Can you imagine that kind of love?

Can you imagine? Jesus carried his mission out for over 30 years, knowing that one day Judas would kiss him on the cheek and betray Him to his death. Beaten, mocked, and crowned with thorns, Jesus carried the cross upon his back, positioning it on the hill where he would die. Before a crowd of jeers, cries, and before the woman who bore him, Jesus was crucified for our sins. For our sorrow. For our hardships. For our very souls. But that’s not where it ends: On the third day, he rose again from the depths of Hell with the nail holes, the evidence of his sacrifice, still in his hands. This is Easter, the celebration of the fact that our God gave us His son. That a Man who owed us nothing gave up everything to save every soul on this Earth. This is the Third Day; this is the day Jesus Christ rolled away the stone. This is Easter.

@ LIVING WORD MESA

Beginning with the miraculous birth of John the Baptist and the Lord Jesus as told in the Gospel of Luke, to the “Great Commission” as conveyed in Matthew, this Multi-Media-Musical presentation takes us through the Gospel story. Biblical characters including Mary, the mother of Jesus, John, Peter, Mary Magdalene, Nicodemus and the Samaritan Woman share their insights through song and scripture as the character of Jesus is presented on screen. Visuals depicting biblical times are intermixed with modern-day visuals of the Middle East and other cultures as well as with those of America, in an attempt, to bring more relevance to the story. Other characters portrayed include Joseph, Ellizabeth, a Rabbi, John the Baptist, Judas Iscariot and Pontius Pilate. The music and songs are emotionally riveting and scripturally poignant. Some of the songs include: “Who am I”, “Just One Voice”, “Guard Your Heart” “I Have Decided to Follow Him”, “My God is Your God”, “Victorious” and of course, a host of others. However, the most powerful and impactful component of “The Gospel Story” is that most all of its content is scripture and much of the dialogue comes from Jesus Himself. This is the “Gospel Story”; this is the story of our Lord Jesus Christ.
