Afternoon of Hope is a Christmas event for single moms in our church and community. Our heart’s desire is that they recognize they possess an innate value and that those around them see their worth. It’s not “just a party,” it’s an afternoon spent encouraging single moms and showing them that compassionate people exist and are cheering for them. Prayerfully consider partnering with us as we give hope to single moms.Find out more
Sleep Mats for the Homeless
These crocheted mats are remarkably comfortable and offer just enough to create a barrier between the ground and the body, to help retain body heat while sleeping.
The mats are also a cleaner way of sleeping. Bugs don’t like them. And when dirty, they can be easily hosed off, shaken out and be good to go again.
If you can, bring a crochet needle size Q or N and scissors.
Meeting in Room D8 at the Mesa location.Find out more
3rd Weekend Food Drive
All food goes to LOCAL programs that not only feed the homeless, but assist families and the elderly that are Food Insecure. It would be such a blessing for any of you to help out and bring even 1 non-perishable item to the church. Proteins are highly desirable such as canned tuna, chicken, beans, chili, stew, soup, etc. Together we can make a difference!Find out more
